• - All dresses are made-to-order and tailored individually.

• - Production Time: 1–5 business days.

• - Shipping Estimates:

  • Ukraine: 2–5 business days

  • Europe & Worldwide: 7–14 business days

• - Orders ship from Kyiv, Ukraine. The shipping carrier will be shown at checkout.

2. Returns & Refunds

• - Because dresses are custom-made, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective or not as described.

• - Issues must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order:
